Job Responsibilities

    Business Development Executive(Sales)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Generating business from various, govt department, educational Institutions related to complete solution for Integration projects of Smart Classrooms, Virtual Classrooms, ICT labs E-Learning, Online Examination, Digital Evaluation, Educational ERP, etc. (including software, apps, hardware and technical manpower assistance).
    • Understanding customer requirement, Preparing PPT, Proposals, and Cost Estimation. Coordinating for Quotation /Tender/ Portals & Nodal agency. (UPDESCO, UPLC, GeM).  
    • Coordination with the Client, Execution Team and Management   for Project Execution.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing client base and explore to generate more business from existing clients.
    • Meet customers as per call cycle plan.
    • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
    • Sells by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
    • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
    • Recommending profit and service improvements.
    • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Establishing personal networks.
    • Benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, analyzing and predicting trends.
    • Participating in professional societies, especially educational societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Ready to travel as per business requirements.

     

Desired Skills / Experience

    • Experience:

    • At least 3+ years of sales experience in Education Industry.
    • Enough Technical Knowledge.
    • Good understanding of handling of educational departments and institutions.
    • Preferred system Integrator Company.
    • Skills:

    • Should have a minimum 3 years in IT/ITeS/ICT in the government sector.
    • Preference will be given for the education sector project.
    • Able to work independently yet a good team player and quick learner.
    • 2 years previous experience working as an IT Project Implementer /Project co-ordination.
    • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
    • Good presentation skills. 

     

     

     

Preferred Qualification

    • B.Tech /BCA or MCA/B.Sc. (IT) or M.Sc. (IT) from reputed college with minimum 60% or equivalent.
