Job Responsibilities

    •    Participate in meetings with management to determine vacant tech-related positions and the technical requirements for those jobs.
    •    Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant social media & other platforms.
    •    Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
    •    Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
    •    Performing background and reference checks.
    •    Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
    •    Offering job positions, salary negotiation and completing the relevant paperwork.
    •    Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
    •    Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to his/her Reporting Manager.
    •    Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
    •    Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified tech team to support the organization                                                                                    

Desired Skills / Experience

    Skill requirements
    •    A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
    •    Previous experience in interviewing and assessing potential hired for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes
    •    Proficient in using company software and social media to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
    •    Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
    •    Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any technical questions a potential hire may have
    •    Strong convincing & negotiating skills.
    •    Good knowledge of word, excel and other MS Office tools.
    Experience :

    •    3+ Years as IT / Technical Recruiter.


Preferred Qualification

    •    Any Graduate or Post Graduate Human Resources degree
