Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining and Updating Employee Database (PIS) on excel sheet & software.
- Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
- Management of Attendance, verification and Leave Account of Employees as per policy.
- Conducting Induction and Exit Formalities for Employee.
- Resolving Grievance and Queries of Employees.
- Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, etc.
- Conducting Induction and Exit Formalities for Employee.
- Sourcing of CV’s through our Database, employee referral, job portals, consultants, walk-ins, OTPL website and headhunting.
- Screening, Interviewing and coordinating candidates for further round of Interviews.
- Creating Jds.
- Multitasking.
Desired Skills / Experience
- Should have 1-3 Years of experience.
- Good Communication skills and proactive.
- Must be presentable with pleasing personality.
- Fluent in English and Hindi communication.
- Must have the ability to coordinate between management and employees and build strong relationship with clients.
- Experience in IT industry considered as an advantage.
