Job Responsibilities

    • Maintaining and Updating Employee Database (PIS) on excel sheet & software.
    • Maintaining /Updating Leave Records.
    • Management of Attendance, verification and Leave Account of Employees as per policy.
    • Conducting Induction and Exit Formalities for Employee.
    • Resolving Grievance and Queries of Employees.
    • Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, etc.
    • Conducting Induction and Exit Formalities for Employee.
    • Sourcing of CV’s through our Database, employee referral, job portals, consultants, walk-ins, OTPL website and headhunting.
    • Screening, Interviewing and coordinating candidates for further round of Interviews.
    • Creating Jds.
    • Multitasking.

     

Desired Skills / Experience

    • Should have 1-3 Years of experience.
    • Good Communication skills and proactive.
    • Must be presentable with pleasing personality.
    • Fluent in English and Hindi communication.
    • Must have the ability to coordinate between management and employees and build strong relationship with clients.
    • Experience in IT industry considered as an advantage.

Preferred Qualification

    • MBA/PGDM – HR.
