Job Responsibilities

    • To ensure that all calls (outbound/inbound) is answered promptly, skilfully, courteously and taking actions as per request/instruction given on phone.
    • Managing attendance of the onsite and office employees through MIS Software.
    • Housekeeping- Inventory management of stationary & computer peripherals.
    • Maintaining Log book at the desk for all the in/out movements.
    • Ensures that all decisions and resulting actions are made timely and executed properly.

Desired Skills / Experience

    • Good Communication & administrative (managerial) skills.
    • Knowledge of MS-Office software.
    • 2+ Years of Experience

Preferred Qualification

    • Minimum UG/PG in any Specialization
