Job Responsibilities

     

    • Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, managing office supplies, etc.
    • Take messages on the telephone correctly and route it to the correct person.
    • Assisting the HR department in office events.
    • Scheduling meetings, coordinating with the employees, and arranging refreshments and other necessities amenities.
    • Hiring/Recruiting Office boys, housekeeping staffs.
    • Managing and monitoring office boys & housekeeping staff for daily activities.
    • Maintaining proper entries in Registers at the front-desk for all the in/out communications.
    • Ensuring all employees are punching in/out timings correctly.
    • Must have total understanding of the admin cum front office procedures.
    • Inventory management of stationary & computer/laptop peripherals.
    • Issuing of laptop, dongle etc. to employees when required.

Desired Skills / Experience

    • Good Communication & administrative/Front office management skills.
    • Basic Knowledge of MS-Office and Excel.

Preferred Qualification

    • Graduate/Post Graduate.
