Content Creation: Develop high quality, engaging, and creative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Ability to write independently brief text (such as photo captions, headlines, pointers, etc.) on diverse issues such as tourism, education, infrastructure, and other areas of governance.
Copywriting: Write persuasive and impactful copy for social media posts, blogs, brochures, presentations, and other digital marketing materials.
Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
Strategy Development: Ability to make and execute innovative marketing campaigns and social media strategies that align with Omninet’s overall marketing goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
SEO and SEM: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and adheres to SEO best practices.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all digital channels.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them.
Presentations: Create and deliver good presentations as needed. (a must)
Research and Monitoring: Monitor competitors' social media campaigns and improve the quality accordingly. Scan newspapers to identify relevant headlines and news for department websites and make appropriate updates.
Proactiveness: Ability to self-learn and proactively implement new ideas.
Digital Marketing: Oversee Omninet’s digital marketing efforts, including social media, reviews, and brand marketing elements.
Desired Skills / Experience
3-4 Years in Social Media Platforms.
Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms.
Good Communication skills. Verbal and written fluency in English and Hindi.
Ability to quickly grasp Client requirement and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Should have exposure to the technicality of Internet.
