Job Responsibilities

    •    Responsible for Managing PHP development work, Technical guidance, Support to developer, Code review (PHP)
    •    Good Knowledge of Programming / Coding and debugging applications.
    •    Working closely with other staff, such as Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Systems Analysts and Marketing Professionals.
    •    Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team or individually to meet the needs of the project.  
    •    Support, maintain and document software functionality and maintain standards compliance.
    •    Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
    •    Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
    •    Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
    •    Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
    •    Scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
    •    Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
    •    Motivating staff and being transparent with them about challenges, failures, and successes.
    •    Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.


Desired Skills / Experience

    •    Atleast 2 years’ experience as Team Lead with a background of PHP Development and capable to manage a team of 3-4 PHP developers
    •    Strong knowledge of Core PHP and frameworks such as Code Igniter, Laravel, Cake PHP, Drupal, WordPress.
    •    Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, Jquery, Ajax, HTML5, and CSS.
    •    Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
    •    Good Knowledge of  MySQL databases and their declarative query languages
    •    Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
    •    Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
    •    Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
    •    Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

    5+ years’ relevant experience in desired field.


Preferred Qualification

    B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc/BCA./ MS/M.Sc/ MCA/M.Tech in IT/CS  from reputed college with minimum 60% or equivalent.
