Job Responsibilities
    • To ensure that the telephone is answered promptly, skillfully, courteously and taking actions as per request promptly.
    • Maintaining attendance and stock.
    • Housekeeping work.
    • Maintaining log book at the desk for all the in/out communication.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction by analyzing, investigating and resolving complaints timely and also maintain the complain register.
    • Take messages on the telephone correctly and route it to the correct person.
    • Ensures that all decisions and resulting actions are made timely and executed properly.
    • Ensuring all employees are punching in/out timings correctly.
    •  Must have total understanding of the company procedures.


Desired Skills / Experience
    •  Good Communication skills.
    •  Knowledge of MS-Office software.
