Job Responsibilities
    • Assists Project Manager in creating project presentation materials, utilizing advanced features of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools as appropriate.
    • Assists Project Manager in communicating project plans, weekly deliverables to project teams, and tracking the status of deliverables, and follow up.
    • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
    • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Ensure standards and requirements are met in the project.
    • Provide Project coordination and support to the Development team.
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
    • Define project requirements, scope and changes at client side.
    • Organizing, attending and participating in I.T related Project meetings at client side.




Desired Skills / Experience
    • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
    • Good presentation skills. 
    • Experience in implementing Govt. projects will be preferred.
    • Experience:

                    2+  years previous experience working as an IT Project Implementer / Management assignments. 

Preferred Qualification
    • BTECH /MCA / MSc (IT) from reputed college with minimum 60% or equivalent.
