Job Responsibilities
    • Assist in entire gamut of Recruitment Process in the Company.
    • Handling Attendance & Salary of the Employees.
    • Handling Employee Appraisal & Performance Evaluation of Employees.
    •   Promote Cordial Relations in the Company between Employee & Employer & Employee & Employee.
    •  Good working Knowledge of MIS Software.
    •   Maintain Employee Files and Records in Electronic and Paper Form.

     

Desired Skills / Experience
    • Minimum 1 Year of Experience
    • Good Communication Skills.
    • Understanding of General Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
    • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.

     

Preferred Qualification
    • MBA (HR/Finance) with minimum 60%.
