Job Responsibilities
    • Managing/ reverting all types of queries/Grievances being received through all communication modes.
    • Monitoring/supervising customer care executives.
    • Providing/coordinating training sessions to customer care executives, as per requirement in co-ordination with respective Software Developer.
    • Maintaining/Checking call logs maintained by customer care executives.
    • Answering phone calls in a professional manner and providing information/details as required by the callers.
    • Analysis of various reports.
    • Managing the phone lines, Telephone instruments and mobile phone.
    • Compilation of data and then generation/analysis of reports on the basis of calls being received.
Desired Skills / Experience
    • Good Communication skills. Verbal and written fluency in English.
    • Ability to efficiently handle and supervise team of customer care executives.
    • Technically sound and should have good IT & ITeS Customer Care Division experience.
    • Ability to listen and pay attention to details.
    • Problem solving/Grievance handling.

     

    Experience:

     

    • Minimum 1.5 Years’ experience in customer care division of KPO/IT/ITeS

     

Preferred Qualification
    • Graduate/PG

                Basic course of computer
