Job Responsibilities
    • Recruitment & Selection

    Creating & revising JDs, sourcing of CV, maintaining CV database in MIS, salary negotiation, Selection, offer e-mail and induction.

     

    • Employee Management & Welfare

    Performance evaluation & appraisal, rewards & benefits, counselling, grievance handling, employee engagement, Positive Work Environment, Get Together,  B'day wishes, Employee Record management, Attendance management, employee Timings, Leave management, Retention, Stay Interviews and Exit Interviews.

     

    • Salary, Compensation and Benefits

    Salary & Payroll Administration, calculation of ESI, PF, Bonus and TDS deduction, Advance

     

    • Managing Company Policy

    Maintaining & revising company policies & procedures, Compliance of all the policies related to Appraisal, Leave, Relieving, Salary Advance & Deduction, Network & Internet Usage Policy, maintaining organization charges, salary structure and designation structure etc.

     

    • Training and Development

    Assess Training needs, manage in-house employee training, new employee onboarding & Employee Development

     

    • General Administration

    Safe & Healthy workplace management

     

Desired Skills / Experience
    • Proven working experience as HR manager
    • People oriented and results driven
    • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR software systems and databases
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
    • Degree in Human Resources or related field.

    MBA( HR).
