Job Responsibilities

    1. Maintaining Personal record of Employees and maintenance of HRMS.

    2. Management of Attendance and Leaves of Employee, Follow up of Recruitment Cycle & Preparation of HR Documents.

    3. Conducting Induction and Exit Formalities for Employees.

    4. Resolving Employees Grievance and taking care of Employee Engagement Activities.

    5. Preparation and Processing of Monthly Salary.

    6. Maintaining & Updating Employee Leave Records.

    7. Taking care of Performance Management System and timely execution of appraisal cycle.

    8. Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers

    9. Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling appointments with the Management team for sourcing.

    10. Ensuring Compliance of all the statutory regulations & Laws.

    11. Ensuring Compliance of ISO and other standards.

    12. Responsible for all the activities related to Training & Development.

Desired Skills / Experience

    1. Must be presentable with pleasing personality, Fluent in English and Hindi communication.

    2. Must have the ability to coordinate between management and employees.

    3. Preference to an MBA in HR from a reputed institute.

    4. Should be able to handle whole HR Department

    5. Experience in IT industry considered as an advantage.

    Experience:

    4-5 Years

Preferred Qualification

     (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations)
