Job Responsibilities
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Sourcing of CV’s through our Database, employee referral, job portals, consultants, walk-ins, OTPL website and headhunting.
    • Screen, Interview and select candidates for technical positions.
    • Meeting the deadlines to close the vacancies.
    • Compose offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits.
    • Monitor and apply best HR recruitment practices.
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to rest of the team.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
    • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
    •                                                                                                                          

Desired Skills / Experience

     

    • 2+ Years as IT / Technical Recruiter.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-confidence and self-starter.
    • Ability to build strong relationships.
    • Ability to learn technical information.
    • Office automation tools (MS Office, Excel etc.).
    • Negotiable to optimize cost per hire.
Preferred Qualification
    • Any Graduate or Post Graduate, preferable BBA/MBA/PGDM – IT/HR/Industrial Relations
Benefits / Salary
    • 10-15K per month ( Negotiable)
